Design Description
The Tacoma Country and Golf Club has been a landmark in Lakewood since 1864. However, it has been over 40 years since the club has had a serious facelift. As part of the first phase of work, BPCI has been completely re-hauling the club’s parking and utility facilities this spring. Chris Cuyle, John Grant, and their crews are adding 77,000 square feet of new parking space, repaving old parking, and completely removing and rerouting decaying utility services.
In September, BPCI crews will move on to Phase 2 of the project, the club house addition and remodel. Seven thousand square feet of new dining, bar, and locker room facilities will be added, as well as a remodel of twelve thousand feet of existing clubhouse finishes.
